Red Robyns Crafty Nest ships orders promptly as per your request. However, due to unforeseen factors like freight interruptions, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and won’t be accountable for delays. For any delay issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Shipping Rates

We offer Flat Rate shipping for all online purchases. Ensure the shipping address is accurate when placing an order, as any change may incur additional fees.

Local Pickup

If you reside in the Bundaberg area, you can opt for “Local Pickup” during checkout. You’ll be notified when your order is ready for collection at the specified address in your confirmation email.

All products are stored and dispatched directly from our Bundaberg, Queensland facility.

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days, with delivery times ranging from 2-8 business days based on the destination.

Return Policy

Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Note: Rock products may have minor natural defects which are not covered. After we inspect the returned items, you’ll be notified about your refund status.

Handling Damaged Items

We take utmost care in packaging. For any goods received in damaged condition: – Inspect upon delivery – Document damage on carrier’s paperwork – Take photos of the damaged items – Contact us immediately to file a claim – Provide the necessary documentation within 7 days Credit for approved damage claims will be issued at Red Robyns Crafty Nest’s discretion.

  1. Use of Custom Images
    Red Robyn’s Crafty Nest allows customers to upload and use custom images to personalize our products, including but not limited to hoodies, photo frames, mugs, tumblers, and other novelties. By uploading a custom image, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, including without limitation copyrights, to the image and that its use does not violate any law or regulation.
  2. Image Quality
    We highly recommend that custom images be in a transparent PNG format and of high quality to ensure the best printing results. Red Robyn’s Crafty Nest reserves the right to refuse any custom image that does not meet our quality standards or violates our policies.
  3. Prohibited Content
    Red Robyn’s Crafty Nest prohibits the use of any custom images that:
    * Infringe on any third-party’s rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks
    * Are illegal, obscene, offensive, or defamatory
    * Contain viruses or other malicious software
  4. Responsibility for Custom Images
    You are solely responsible for the content of any custom images that you upload. Red Robyn’s Crafty Nest assumes no responsibility for the content of custom images, and will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of custom images.
  5. Modification or Removal of Custom Images
    Red Robyn’s Crafty Nest reserves the right to modify or remove any custom image that violates these terms and conditions or our policies, without prior notice to you.
